Our all-day dining restaurant specialises in Asian and International cuisine served in a stylish, modern setting. Located on the LG of the hotel, Zest’s décor is impressive with a selection of cooking stations, from which our talented chefs serve their wonderful creations.

Featuring everything from pastries to dim sum, breakfast consists of both buffet and a la carte options. Lunch and dinner is served a la carte from the various Asian and European live stations, with the menu featuring a variety of small or large plates. A business luncheon set (Bento box style) and a wine-paired dinner  are available daily. There are also a number of health-conscious options to choose from.

Our bar offers an extensive beverage menu including everything from specialty cocktails to single malts, smoothies and healthy vegetable juices. Offering a range of wines from around the world including several favourites from China, our wine cellar features a wine by the glass programme that allows guests to sample different vintages.
