Dolce Vita, located at the poolside with its stunning views of Singapore’s famous skyline, features authentic traditional Italian cuisine presented with a contemporary touch by award-winning Italian Chef Marco Pedrelli from Cesena, Italy.

Chef Marco has worked in some of Europe’s finest restaurants and he is passionate about retaining the true flavour of traditional Italian cuisine. Freshness of produce and selection of the finest seasonal ingredients have always been of paramount importance for Marco and he translates this belief into his daily creations at Dolce Vita.

Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the impressive selection of fine wines available.
