Our all-day restaurant offers an imaginative dining experience showcasing chefs at work in show kitchens to provide a multi-cultural culinary feast.
Designed using natural, textured materials including stone, wood, leather and glass, MELT has a stylish, cosmopolitan feel. A large show bar with a mirrored counter stands in the centre of the restaurant creating a focal point for diners, while giant baskets of fruit bring bursts of colour to the dining space.
With both a la carte and buffet options, not to mention the diversity of cuisines on offer, MELT, offers a truly unique dining experience.
