We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
Your Spa Visit
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 12 hours notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur 50% charge. Cancellation within 6 hours and no show will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for sale at The Oriental Spa, Singapore.
Spa Etiquette
Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Do keep conversation at a low volume and please remember to turn off your pager or cell phone before entering the spa.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check in at The Spa Reception at least 20mins prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows yourself time to change, shower and unwind in the Relaxation Area before your treatment. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your selection when making spa reservation. Also, please inform your spa therapist if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Loss or Damage
The Oriental Spa will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please leave your jewelry or valuables at home or in the hotel’s safe. We will not accept any responsibilities for the safety of your jewelry or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe provided.
Accident or Injuries
The Oriental Spa shall not be liable for any accidents or injury suffered by any members or guest.
Refund Policy
Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with presentation of original receipt. No cash credit card refunds will be processed.
