From 5pm we offer a menu of epicurean delicacies and select speciality dishes from our chefs. Mandarin Bar is a chic spase to retire after dinner and enjoy live music.

Please note that the Mandarin Bar is the only smoking section on 37 floor.

Menu Highlights

"Nihonbashi"

An original cocktail created by our award-winning chief bartender, Yukiyo Kurihara. This refreshing vodka-based cocktail mixed with yuzu liqueur and grapefruit juice shimmers in turquoise blue symbolising the Nihonbashi area, while emerald green represents swaying willows along the river. The drink’s lime peel suggests the area’s namesake bridge.

Magnum Champagne by the Glass

Champagne develops best in magnum sized bottles, and our sommelier now offers the world’s finest such champagnes by the glass at Mandarin Bar. Enjoy Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label from January to February, Moёt & Chandon Rosé in March, Ruinart Rosé in April, Veuve Clicquot Vintage Reserve from May to June, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs from July to August, Moёt & Chandon Grand Vintage from September to October, and Krug Grande Cuvée from November to December.
