With soaring views from the 37th floor, our fine-dining French restaurant makes a heart stopping impression the moment you enter. With a breathtaking design and an exquisite one-Michelin starred menu, we offer an unforgettable experience at the top of the metropolis.
Prepared in an open kitchen, Chef Olivier Rodriguez’s Mediterranean-influenced menu is prepared with a mixture of bold and subtle flavours. Lighter than traditional French cuisine, his delicious dishes are matched by the restaurant’s stunning décor. With dining areas divided by silver partitions fashioned from carbon fibres, sunlight bathes the dining room by day, whilst at night, the glittering city skyline provides the ultimate backdrop.
Inspired by the legendary food of the Mediterranean, Chef Olivier Rodriguez’ light French cuisine features subtle, yet imaginative flavours and only the freshest ingredients. Offering a choice of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, our menu provides diners with a gourmet experience to excite the palate and broaden the mind.
The carefully constructed menus features dishes that stay true to the Japanese aesthetic of being both individually beautiful and the perfect accompaniment to the next dish. Signature’s menu is complimented by an award winning extensive wine list including our sommelier’s choice of bio-dynamic and organic wines.
