Located on the second floor of the Cesar Pelli-designed Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, Ventaglio is a vibrant dining destination with a casual yet chic feel. Using only the best-quality ingredients, the menu is inspired by an array of Mediterranean flavours from the shores of Southern France to the coast of North Africa. Ventaglio offers a lunch buffet featuring regional antipasti, grilled fish and meats – together with a wide selection of desserts. At night, choose from an extensive buffet ranging from Spanish Tapas to classic Greek and Turkish favourites served with a unique wine list. Our famed paella and perfectly al dente pastas prepared à la minute are served fresh to the table.
