In the traditional Japanese healing method of Shiatsu Massage, pressure and stretching is the key to releasing blocked energy channels, creating a physical and spiritual balance.
In Pilates it is about stretching isolated muscles with finely controlled exercises and strengthening the central powerhouse, the abdominals; creating a physical and mental balance.
In-room Shiatsu Massage is available between 21:00 and last booking at 3:00 am. This is a ‘no oil’ massage and we offer male or female practitioners.
The fitness centre is 180 square meters of high technology, located on our 38 floor with glass walls affording stupendous views. Exercise and let the sights distract you from the hard work. Alternatively focus on the LCD consoles featured on each cardio machine features with 12 language options for personal entertainment and instruction.
Our experts have an exquisite eye for detail to bring out your personal beauty. “Paradise” headed by Kensuke is an extremely well renowned beautician service.
Should you wish to prepare for a wedding, a special occasion or simply appear at your very best the menu of beauty treatments will meet your needs, from signature Head Spa to formal make-up. ‘Paradise’ hair treatments include specialist hair care products created by themselves. Three private rooms are available for hair treatments.
