We have set a new benchmark in conference technology in Japan. Our ballroom is fitted with 36 projectors enabling 360 degree projection of photo image and CG; this is the first installation of its kind in Japan.

Conference Manager
Event planners will have one dedicated manager to oversee every aspect of the event, liaising on all aspects: rooms, catering and meeting facilities.

Our four largest rooms, Ballroom, Linden, Alder and Oak room, all have adjoining rooms which make ideal operations rooms for event planners.
Cultural programmes
We can devise a cultural experience for your delegates such as Bushido martial art lessons, traditional tea ceremonies or have a bespoke fan created by historic local craftsmen.
Sanctuary Concerts
The Sanctuary event space has a stage and with its fine acoustics, it makes an excellent venue for a music event.
Translation and Administrative Services
Dedicated services and translations, and simultaneous translators, can be quoted upon request. Specific services requests are available at Business Centre.
Valet parking
Valet parking is available for guests: JPY 4,000/night.
For non-staying guest: JPY 500 per 30 minutes.

A good-sized loading bay is available for your convenience for large production set ups.

Our business centre is staffed with professional executives who are ready to assist you efficiently.
Our service covers all necessary requirements: organising couriers, printing or photocopying and secretarial services.
We have two workstations available and two private conference rooms for up to four executives.
Located in the Mitsui Main Building, the business centre is staffed between 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 6pm on weekends and holidays. If you need to use the business centre during un-staffed hours, our concierge will be happy to assist.
The comfort of both you and your guests is of the utmost importance to us; and not just during your stay. Our delegate transfer service can arrange individual or group transfers from the airport or around the city.
Our hotel is approximately 90 minutes from Narita International Airport and 40 minutes from the domestic airport, Haneda.
