The Alder Rom is the second largest of the banquet rooms offering the unique privilege of hosting your event in an historic landmark. The 130㎡ space accommodates formal sit-down affairs as well as standing receptions and theatre or school style meetings. Its generous entrance suite and walnut wainscoting recall its early Showa origins.

Conversation is sure to be lively midst these inimitable surroundings. Originally, used as a formal dining room for executive events, the 107㎡ Oak Room showcases all of its original fittings and woodwok.  Its irreplaceable floor-to-ceiling walnut paneling and rare, black and marble skirting are just as they first appeared in 1929.

Just as the strong, rhythmical sequence of the building’s neoclassical columns marked Tokyo’s rebirth after the Great Kanto Earthquake, the fact that the 70㎡ Beni Room, witness to countless boardroom strategy session in the tumultuous to 30’s and 40’s continues to serve today’s international executives, is symbolic of city adept at reinventing itself.

Beni

From its sweeping entranceway overlooking the tower’s dynamic four-storey atrium, the multi-functional Sanctuary opens into a contemporary space accommodating receptions, concerts and other striking gatherings for up to 120 people. Special lighting effects enliven its natural design of wood, stone, and water.
