Le Chalet is back during the winter months. For the third season Mandarin Oriental, Geneva opens its wooden chalet-style pop-up restaurant located within the hotel’s Café Calla. Our mountain style retreat in the heart of the city is the perfect place to enjoy the Swiss Alps without having to go up the mountains.

From 21 November until 9 March 2018 enjoy its cosy and inviting atmosphere with a host of traditional Alpine dishes and drinks to choose from. A la carte specialties include carefully selected delights from the local countryside such as air-dried Grisons meat, Gruyère and Vacherin fondue, and Meringue with Gruyère cream.

Known as Le Chalet by Mandarin Oriental, this special dining experience is ideal for holiday gatherings, and can be booked exclusively for celebrations or private events.
