Using only the most refined Chinese cooking methods combined with seasonal ingredients, Yee Tung Heen has created a wonderful menu of seasonal Cantonese specialities and much-loved favourites. Having won numerous praise and awards, including One Michelin Star, the restaurant’s enticing menu perfectly illustrates the culinary team’s sophisticated techniques in crafting authentic Cantonese cuisine with modern flair. In particular, the lunchtime dim sum offerings are famous throughout Hong Kong and not to be missed.

Enjoying a striking décor, the restaurant’s entrance features a dramatic bamboo design, while the interior’s floral-patterned partitions can be used to divide up the floor space, creating five separate private dining rooms from the main dining hall. The restaurant also boasts an elegant tea counter, where diners can choose from a range of premium teas specially selected from all over China.
