Inspired by tradition

Influenced by his upbringing on the Dutch seaside, Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus’ menu places an emphasis on seafood from around the world. Every day the restaurant receives a shipment of fresh fish straight from markets in Fukuoka and Hokkaido, whilst specialities such as blue lobster are imported from as far away as France.

To satisfy the different needs of our guests, we have developed a choice of menus ranging from a power lunch to multi-course banquets and an ever-changing nine-course degustation menu. To complement our dishes, we offer an extensive wine list displaying vintage depth and breadth across many wine regions.

The menu changes every three months to accommodate the seasons.
