Yakumanka by Gastón Acurio

Authentic cebicheria in partnership with Gastón Acurio.

Yakumanka by Gastón Acurio is a Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Geneva serving authentic cuisine centred around fine seafood.

The menu presents traditional cebicheria, headed by Chef Daniel Galvez Estrada, Gastón Acurio's right-hand, who worked with him at the celebrated Astrid y Gastón restaurant.

An open kitchen with a long bar where our chefs prepare cebiches and tiraditos forms the heart of the restaurant. The bar offering a wide selection of pisco-based cocktails, has a warm and relaxed ambiance, with decor by designer Morendi Arcela, reminiscent of an authentic Peruvian cebicheria. The simple, marine-style elements of wood or rope are inspired by the popular local restaurants of Peru.
