The Model Method is an effective, results-led combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT), reformer Pilates, weight training and plyometrics. This science-based workout programme, which took Hollie four years to perfect, has been hugely successful and is regarded as one of the best HIIT workouts available. It has gained notoriety for its ‘strong-not-skinny’ basis and for guiding women to enjoy healthier, stronger and happier lives. Guests who want to be the fittest, healthiest and strongest version of themselves are the perfect fit for this ground-breaking high intensity workout. The reasons that this combination of Pilates, Weight Training, and HIIT is so effective is twofold:

1. HIIT has been shown to be highly effective at lowering levels of visceral body fat and reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

2. Pilates and weight training helps to strengthen and lengthen the body. The first session commences with a 30-minute consultation followed by a 55-minute workout. Thereafter every session lasts 55 minutes.

Reformer Pilates is an effective, safe and reliable workout that builds strength, improves posture and increases flexibility. The reformer machine has been used for over 80 years by dancers and athletes to help create a strong, functional body and over the last 20 years it has gained huge popularity with those who love the functional, lean, strong bodies it creates.

After an initial postural analysis our instructors will tailor your sessions to your body, goals and ability levels.

Each 55-minute workout will focus on strengthening, lengthening, and rebalancing the body. Guests wishing to improve their strength whilst building muscle will benefit hugely from this innovative workout. This workout is also suitable for those who suffer from back pain, are post-operative, pre-natal and post-natal.

With a strong focus on technique, posture and cardiovascular fitness our traditional personal training takes place on the gym floor. Following a cardiovascular warm up you will be taken through a mobility sequence to increase range of movement within the body.

Strength and resistance exercises based on your personal goals, combined with our team's expertise in injury prevention and muscle imbalances, will help to build a strong, flexible body and your workouts will end with an effective, personalised assisted stretch sequence.

Your instructor will teach you how to get the most out of your workouts in a safe and efficient way that’s specific to your body.
