Hong Kong, 25 September 2017 – Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas has a new Property Mixologist, William Perbellini. Born and raised in Verona, Italy, William developed an interest in culinary creations when helping at his uncle’s bakery near Milan as a fourteen-year-old, but it was four years later when he first stepped behind a bar in his home town that he discovered his true passion, mixology. William later graduated from culinary high school as a Gourmet Bartender and nurtured his calling by moving to Venice to hone his craft among some of the best in the business.
While working at the prestigious Hotel Cipriani as a bartender, William met Italian fashion designer, Valentino Garavani, who quickly noticed his skills and work ethic and offered him an opportunity to butler at his private properties and yachts. This enabled William to travel the world and meet the founding members of Bar Toscana in Brentwood, California, which he joined when it opened in 2010, before his move to Las Vegas.
