Working with your event planner, our team will help make all the accommodation and meeting arrangements for your group. During your stay, our Conference Concierge is on hand to manage any last minute requests and provide indispensable technology support. In addition, our team will ensure that delegates have easy access to the hotel’s leisure facilities as well as information on the shopping and dining opportunities in the Brickell area. We can also devise team-building exercises, arrange parties on our private beach and organise special shopping trips and sightseeing excursions. To ensure your comfort, all delegates will receive a room with a balcony and water views. We can also arrange delegate transfer.
Our business center functions as a fully equipped office, staffed by dedicated professionals who understand the urgencies of business. Our equipment includes three computer stations; printer, copy and fax machines and a scanner; and a dedicated video-conferencing centre. All guests are able to access the business centre after hours using their room key.
