Volkan is a goal and solution-oriented trainer with 20 years of fitness and bodybuilding experience. He is certified by the International Body Building and Fitness Federation (Level 2) and highly skilled in helping people reach their fitness goals.
Gözde is a qualified and experienced pilates instructor. After graduating from a degree in Physical Education and Sports Training, she went to England and discovered how pilates increases human body awareness and changes body composition, along with other health benefits. She had her pilates training at Body Control Pilates Studios in London and has been working in the fitness industry since 2010.
