Blake Foyer is a sophisticated living lobby at the heart of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, inspired by the city’s maritime heritage and the legacy of historic Blake Pier.

Tea sits at the centre of the experience, with rare Chinese and international selections, bespoke blends and a signature afternoon tea programme guided by dedicated tea sommeliers, while artisan coffee, botanical beverages and tea-inspired cocktails extend the journey from day into evening.

Alongside the beverage programme, guests are invited to savour an elegant selection of artisanal pastries, refined light dishes, seasonal seafood and timeless lounge classics—each thoughtfully curated by Executive Pastry Chef Alexandre Thabard, in collaboration with acclaimed Pastry Chef Julien Dugourd of Mandarin Oriental, Paris.

As day gives way to Golden Hour, Blake Foyer comes alive to the evocative sounds of a resident pianist, creating an elegant social atmosphere infused with the glamour, warmth and romance of the occasion.

Dress Code: Smart casual throughout the day; smart elegant encouraged from Golden Hour (5pm) onward. No singlets, sportswear, sweatpants, flip-flops or beachwear.
