Hosted at London’s acclaimed Georgian restaurant Kinkally, this immersive experience introduces guests to the heritage and artistry behind one of the country’s most beloved dishes — khinkali, the delicately pleated dumplings that are a cornerstone of Georgian cuisine.


Under the guidance of Chef David Chelidze, guests explore the flavours and cultural traditions that define Georgian cooking before learning the intricate technique required to prepare khinkali by hand.


The experience concludes with a convivial Georgian feast, where freshly prepared dumplings are enjoyed alongside seasonal dishes and traditional storytelling - a reflection of the warmth and generosity that characterise Georgian hospitality.
