Seta by Antonio Guida, marks its 10th anniversary with a truly exceptional evening: a six-hands dinner crafted by Chef Antonio Guida together with his longtime friends, Stefano Baiocco and Anthony Genovese. For one night only, three Chefs, each honored with two Michelin stars, will join forces to present a nine-course journey. United by decades of friendship, French training, and a shared passion for Italian tradition, they will weave their unique styles into a harmonious celebration of haute cuisine.

One Night, Three Chefs

Antonio Guida

Born in Puglia, Chef Guida built his career across Europe and Asia before earning two Michelin stars at Il Pellicano. Since 2014, he has been Executive Chef of Seta at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, where his philosophy blends refined technique with authentic, distinctive flavors.

Anthony Genovese

With Calabrian roots and French training, Anthony Genovese enriched his style through experiences in Japan and Malaysia. In 2003, he opened Il Pagliaccio in Rome, where his two-Michelin-starred cuisine reflects creativity, tradition, and deep respect for ingredients.

Stefano Baiocco

Trained alongside culinary masters such as Alain Ducasse and Ferran Adrià, Stefano Baiocco has led the kitchens of Grand Hotel Villa Feltrinelli since 2004. His two-Michelin-starred cuisine is celebrated for precision, and elegance.
