Day 1

Arrive at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech

Arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport and check in to Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.
In the evening, join a specialist scholar for a private briefing on Morocco’s celestial history.

Day 2

Enter the Historic Sites

Begin the day with a signature wellness ritual at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, designed to restore body and mind before immersing yourself in the city's rich cultural heritage.
Choose the Tangerine Delight spa journey, combining the resort's Escape Hammam with a Maroc full-body massage inspired by traditional Moroccan wellness rituals.
Meet your guide for a private tour of the city’s cultural centre.
Walk through the labyrinthine medina, visiting vibrant souks and historic sites steeped in storytelling traditions.
Enjoy an afternoon exploring the city designed around guest interests.
Spend the evening at a private calligraphy workshop with the King’s personal calligrapher.

Day 3

Astrology through Morocco's largest telescope

Start the day immersed in Marrakechi cuisine, learning to prepare Tangia by hand before leaving it to slow cook throughout the day, ready for a later tasting.
Visit artisanal workshops preserving traditional techniques in tilework, brass etching, and leatherwork.
End with a private visit to the Marrakech Observatory, beginning at the on-site museum for a behind-the-scenes tour of geological treasures, followed by an expert-led, exclusive viewing through Morocco’s largest telescope.

Day 4

UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou

Leave Marrakech and head south toward the Sahara, passing the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, ancient ksar and caravan routes that once traversed the landscape.
Continue to Ouarzazate to visit the historic Taourit Kasbah for an insight into the political history that shaped much of Morocco’s south.
Arrive at Dar Ahlam in the Skoura Oasis, relax amidst palm groves and desert vistas.

Day 5

Beneath the Dark Desert Sky

Begin the final day with one of Dar Ahlam’s signature experiences, shaped by guest interests and seasonal happenings within the surrounding setting.
Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.
In the evening, meet with an expert astrologer for a night beneath the dark desert sky, featuring natal charting, stargazing, and aperitifs.

Departure

Depart for Marrakech Menara Airport to continue your journey home or onward travels.
