As Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong embarks on the next phase of its transformation during a summer recess, Mandarin Grill + Bar, marking the first unveiling of a reimagined culinary chapter is anticipated to reopen in 1 October 2026.

Just moments away at LANDMARK Prince’s, Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental remains fully open on the 25th floor, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late evenings, complemented by The Mandarin Cake Shop on the 2nd floor.

Throughout the summer, the spirit of Mandarin Oriental continues to be expressed through its celebrated dining, cherished rituals, and distinctive service across these destinations.

Meet the Chef

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong welcomes Chef Junior Nadje as Chef de Cuisine of Mandarin Grill + Bar, introducing a new chapter for one of the city’s most storied dining rooms. Trained in some of Europe’s most respected MICHELIN-starred kitchens, including Alléno Paris, La Mère Brazier in Lyon, La Chèvre d’Or in Èze and Blue Bay in Monte Carlo, Chef Nadje brings with him a rare mix of French precision, creativity and heart.

His arrival signals the beginning of an exciting new era for Mandarin Grill + Bar, one that reflects both his culinary vision and Mandarin Oriental’s philosophy of elevating tradition through creativity and craft.

Located on the first floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Mandarin Grill + Bar is widely renowned as Hong Kong’s favourite dining room serving an exciting contemporary adaptation of classic grill specialties.

Benefiting from abundant natural daylight and spacious seating, with the windows revealing peerless views of Statue Square and Chater Garden.

The overall décor is vibrant with a moulded scallop-inspired ceiling. A private dining room for up to 14 guests at the far end of the restaurant.
