Neelam's childhood dreams didn’t revolve around physical and spiritual well being. She initially persued a career in Business Administration and International Marketing. However, she stumbled upon yoga & Ayurveda, which completely transformed her life. With 20 years of experience in Yoga, specialising in Meditation and Pranayama, Neelam now offers guidance to explore mindfullness, breathwork, and self awareness, untimately helping you find inner calm and balance. If you want to stay conencted with your body, mind and breath, we recommend booking a private yoga class including breathing exercise and meditation.
