Flanked by the all-new Amber and Sushi Shikon by Yoshitake, SOMM is a casual restaurant and bar with a spectacularly diverse selection of over 1,600 champagnes, wines and sakes, served with a concise menu that pays homage to the seasons.

Passionate sommeliers serve European classics from the finest vintners and bold New World wines, a selection of interesting, rare and refined sakes unprecedented outside of Japan, and champagnes. From breakfast and lunch to dinner, SOMM is ideal for newcomers to the world of wine and sake as well as those looking to experiment in a relaxed setting.

Dress Code: Our atmosphere is relaxed and refined, and we welcome guests to dress with the same ease and consideration. Comfortable attire is welcome before 5.30pm, with the exception for singlets. sweatpants, men's sandals, bathrobes and flip flops.

After 5.30pm, we kindly ask that shorts of any length, singlets, bathrobes, sportswear, flip flops and gentlemen’s sandals be reserved for another occasion.
