Li Hengfei is a seasoned Chinese chef with over 15 years of experience in traditional Chinese cuisine, specialising in Cantonese and Sichuan dishes. He has honed his skills at renowned establishments, including Atlantis The Palm in Dubai and Marriott Boulevard in Baku, where he held leadership roles as Executive Chinese Chef. Known for his expertise in menu development, team training, and delivering high-end dining experiences, Chef Li seamlessly blends tradition with innovation.
