Designed by Malherbe Paris, the sophisticated space centres around a striking floor-to-ceiling whisky library showcasing exceptional bottles from Scotland, Japan, Taiwan, India and beyond, curated across four distinct collections ranging from iconic expressions to rare collector’s releases and museum-worthy vintages.

Guests are invited to explore guided tastings, curated whisky flights, signature highballs and whisky-led cocktails, each thoughtfully conceived to celebrate the diversity, provenance and craftsmanship of the world’s most distinguished whisky-producing regions.

Complemented by a soundtrack inspired by contemporary jazz and the energy of Hong Kong after dark, the salon offers a refined, live music-adjacent ambience that encourages conversation, discovery and lingering over exceptional drams.
