We have eliminated all single-use plastics, replacing them with elegant, sustainable alternatives. Guestrooms now feature glass-bottled mineral water, recyclable minibar packaging, and refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other luxurious bathroom amenities, supporting eco-conscious luxury. Additionally, our building utilises cutting-edge energy-saving technologies, including full LED lighting integration, to reduce energy consumption.

Responsibility for Our Guests

We adhere to a rigorous responsible sourcing policy for agricultural and seafood products. For example, all eggs served are certified cage-free, ensuring hens are raised in humane environments with freedom of movement and access to fresh water. While meeting these ethical standards is our baseline, we continuously seek partnerships with suppliers who exceed industry norms for animal welfare and sustainable farming.

Responsibility for Our Community

We partner with the Mangrove Conservation Foundation to support migratory bird habitats in Shenzhen Bay. For every coffee purchased at The Mandarin Cake Shop, Bazaar, or LIAN Lounge, we donate CNY 1 to wetland conservation and public education. With each order of "Hong Kong-Style Noodle Soup" or "Wonton Noodle" at Bazaar, CNY 4 is contributed to this vital cause.
