An Innovative & Curated Wellness Escape For Women

Reflecting Mandarin Oriental’s longstanding dedication to holistic well-being, Women in Wellness, launched on International Women’s Day, is a thoughtfully curated initiative that celebrates female empowerment through fitness, community and self care. The initiative brings together three inspiring women founders who have helped shape Malaysia’s women focused fitness and wellness landscape through their respective studios.

 

Founder of Forza Pilates & Wellness, Sasha Sabapathy ’s philosophy centres on balance and sustainability.

 

Founder of Glute Lab Studio, Maryam Hatmi inspires confidence through smart programming, supportive coaching that empower women to feel stronger, connected.

 

Founder of CLUBALOHA, Katrina Taib believe wellness is about intentional action. Her guided runs invite women to reconnect with movement, momentum and mental clarity.

The classes are offered on the first Saturday in April, May and June, specifically on

Programme Schedule 1

From 6am: Arrival & changing.
7am: 5km CLUBALOHA guided run.
From 9am: At leisure for day-use of changing room facilities, pool, dining or massage treatment.
*Depending on package booked

 

Programme Schedule 2

From 6am: Arrival & changing
8am/ 9am/ 10am (Three Class time slots): 45 minute Glute Lab Studio x Forza Hybrid Workout.
7am: 5km CLUBALOHA guided run (Optional).
From 9am: At leisure for day-use of changing room facilities, pool, dining or massage treatment.

Eligibility

 

  • Hotel staying guests of Mandarin Oriental.
  • Fitness Club members.
  • Members of Forza Pilates & Wellness Club, Glute Lab Studio and CLUBALOHA.

 

Booking

  • Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
  • Spa treatment times are limited and subject to availability.
  • Attire: Activewear and swimwear recommended.
  • Dining credit maybe redeemed at Mosaic, AQUA, Lounge on The Park, Mandarin Grill, Lai Po Heen and MO Bar.
  • Dining credit must be consumed on day of fitness classes.
  • Advance table booking are recommended and subject to availability.
  • Launch prices are valid for Wellness Escape bookings made before 1 May 2026 and regular pricing applies thereafter.
