Responsibility for Our Planet

At Mandarin Oriental, Taipei, sustainability is engineered into the guest experience. We have eliminated single-use plastics and disposable amenities from our guestrooms, inviting guests to join us in a minimal-waste lifestyle. Championing the circular economy, our bathroom soap dishes are uniquely crafted from recycled Nespresso capsules, transforming waste into functional art. These touches ensure your stay is as responsible as it is elevated.

Responsibility for Our Community

To continue our tradition of charitable cause and giving back to the community, we will create themed pastry items available at The Mandarin Cake Shop every year during festive month. With every purchase of festive pastries, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity, alternating between environmental sustainability and supporting children in remote areas.
