- Full prepayment is required to confirm your booking.
- Confirmation is issued upon receipt of full payment.
- Groups of fewer than 10 cancellations with 72 hours’ notice receive a full refund.
- Groups of 10 or more: cancellations with 7 days’ notice receive a full refund.
Prices include 7% municipality tax, 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
