In celebration of two decades of culinary excellence, Chef Grant Achatz and the Alinea team make a special 20th Anniversary Tour at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Mandarin Bar is proud to host The Aviary takeover, the brainchild of Chef Grant Achatz. Set against the backdrop of Tokyo’s skyline, experience The Aviary, where a night out is redefined with multi-sensory cocktail tasting menu. Indulge in a 5-course gastronomic delight paired with 5 cocktail progression during this limited-time collaboration.
