Résonance, the theme of our 2026 Wine Programme, is inspired by the connection between the story of wine shaped by its terroir, the creativity of each dish crafted by our chefs, and the refined expertise of our sommeliers. Together, they create a harmony of flavour that resonates beyond taste, brought to life through the shared passion and craftsmanship of our culinary and service professionals. New to this year’s programme is “Sommelier’s Table,” an intimate experience for only eight guests, held within The Cellar and featuring rare Burgundy producers such as Domaine Armand Rousseau and Domaine Leflaive carefully selected by our sommeliers.
