Once issued, permits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Kindly confirm the total number of participants before securing your booking, as permits are limited and subject to availability. Please note: this experience is available for guests aged 9 and above.
Weather in Desaru Coast
Desaru Coast enjoys year-round sunshine, even during the rainy season, with an average
temperature of 32°C (89°F). Monsoon winds are typical between November and February, while the middle of the year offers bright, warm days.

Attire Recommendations
For outdoor adventures, we suggest lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for warm weather, alongside rainproof outerwear, closed walking shoes, a hat, and sun protection, especially when exploring the rainforest, where conditions can shift quickly.
Time Zone
The time zone in Desaru Coast is set eight hours ahead of GMT (GMT +8). The sunrise is usually between 6.30am and 7am, and sunset is between 7pm and 7:30pm.
Activity Bookings
Our Experience Guides are delighted to assist in crafting personalised itineraries, including recommendations for scenic picnic spots and hidden gems. To secure your preferred experience, please book through Guest Experiences or the Front Office by 6pm for the following day’s activities. Meeting points will be confirmed at the time of booking. Activities depart promptly at the scheduled time.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid charges. Full fees apply for late cancellations. In the event of adverse weather, certain activities may be postponed or cancelled for your safety, in such cases, cancellation fees will not apply. All prices are subject to change without notice.
