We are delighted to announce that Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris will be hosting, the first pop-up restaurant of Chef Florian Favario, renowned for his refined and sustainable culinary philosophy at the helm of L’Auberge de Montmin, a two-Michelin-starred and Green Star restaurant. This exceptional gastronomic residency will take place at Salon Saint-Germain from 5 November to 29 November, 2025.
Over three weeks, the Chef will present a seasonal tasting menu featuring nine courses from Savoyard inspirations served five evenings a week (Tuesday to Saturday), in an intimate setting at the only palace hotel on the Left Bank.
