Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam offers two dining venues: Ottolenghi Amsterdam, serving a Mediterranean, vegetable-led menu in the glass atrium, and The Lounge, featuring all-day dining menu and Afternoon Tea.

Ottolenghi is open 7 days a week for breakfast (7am - 11am), lunch (12:30pm - 3pm), and dinner (5:30pm - 10pm).

The Lounge is open 7 days a week from 10am - 11pm. Afternoon Tea is available from Thursday to Sunday (2pm - 4pm).

Located in the hotel's central atrium, the Lounge is known as "The Living Room of Amsterdam". The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large glass ceiling that provides ample natural light, and comfortable seating for unwinding with some refreshments.

The Lounge is open daily from 10am to 11pm, with Afternoon Tea served from Thursday to Sunday.
