In partnership with Maximal Concepts, The Aubrey is a home-away-from-home for local Hong Kong and global guests alike that offers an eccentric Japanese izakaya experience.


Located on the 25th floor with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, this all-day drinks and dining space has three distinctive bar experiences, a drawing room, a curio lounge and a leading culinary team that delivers the highest quality Japanese ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.


Child Policy: After 7pm, age 18 years or above are welcome.


Dress Code: Smart Casual. Our atmosphere is relaxed and refined, and we welcome guests to dress with the same ease and consideration. Comfortable attire is welcome before 6pm, with the exception for singlets and flip flops. After 6pm, we kindly ask that shorts of any length, torn denim, singlets, bathrobes, flip flops and gentlemen’s sandals be reserved for another occasion.

Omakase Cocktail Experience

Inspired by the Japanese culinary tradition of ‘omakase’, we have crafted a singular experience that epitomizes the core inspiration behind our eccentric izakaya, the journey of a hungry mind.

 

The Aubrey mixologist team will take you on an exploratory adventure through Japanese spirits and flavors you will enjoy, but may not have encountered before. We are proud to highlight the brewers and distilleries that make the beverage landscape of Japan such a vibrant one and showcase them in a unique way.

 

We ask that you open your mind and your senses as we take you on a new journey of discovery.

 

Each experience will last around two hours, with a few courses of light snacks served for each guest.
