Our newly renovated restaurant features a refreshed image and menu, including a variety of hot dishes prepared by robata, tempura, wok, and steam. The menu highlights fresh seafood, accented with ingredients like truffle, merken, and a touch of soy sauce, creating surprising flavor contrasts. Delicate Chilean fish, seasoned with Peruvian aji amarillo, and a selection of seafood, present a modern twist on traditional flavors.
