Philosophy

At Yù Bar, cocktails draw from the hues of jade, layered, precise and built around treasured Chinese ingredients such as tea, spice and flavourful botanicals. Each shade inspires a different spirit or mood, with drinks crafted to reflect jade’s many attributes. Poured with purpose, each drink is a study in contrasts, restrained yet expressive, designed to seduce as much as surprise.

As the evening evolves, so does the experience. Curated playlists, known as The Sound of Jade, shift from cinematic lounge to smoky after-dark rhythms, echoing the slow descent into night.
