Beehive Easter Egg

To celebrate Easter, Mandarin Oriental, Paris unveils La Ruche, a signature Easter egg conceived by Pastry Chef Julien Dugourd as a true work of art. Inspired by the hotel’s rooftop beehives, this sculptural creation reveals a generous heart of hazelnut praline, caramelised hazelnuts and honey caramel, offering a harmonious play of textures and flavours. La Ruche will be available at Cake Shop from 27 March to 12 April 2026, priced at EUR 75, exclusively by pre-order.
