Available exclusively for in-house guests, Lifestyle members, and Day Pass guests.

 

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 12 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Any cancellations within three hours will incur a 100% charge.

 

Payment
Kindly note that only credit card payments or posting to your hotel room accounts are accepted.

 

Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Emirates Palace Dhabi reception 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to be transported to the cabana location. Alternatively, please proceed directly to the spa cabana 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
