To ensure a seamless travel experience, enquiries and reservations must be received a minimum of 5 days before the requested travel date.
Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Offer must be booked over the validity period.
A full, non-refundable pre-payment for the hotel stay will be charged 5 days prior to arrival.
Private charter must be requested and booked at least 5 days prior to charter departure.
Applicable local taxes and fees will apply. Rates at Mandarin Oriental, Boston are subject to 16.45% city tax, occupancy tax, state tax, and GBCTD Mkt District Assessment fee. Rates at Mandarin Oriental, New York are subject to 14.75% city/state tax plus nightly occupancy tax, which ranges from USD3.50 to 9.50.Applicable local taxes and fees will apply.
Guests will receive a USD 100 daily dining credit during their stay, redeemable exclusively at the participating Mandarin Oriental hotel in which they are staying. The credit must be used during the stay, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Special event cancellation policies may apply.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.
Booking arrangements and payment for the private charter flight are managed directly by Tradewind Aviation. Mandarin Oriental, Boston and Mandarin Oriental, New York assume no responsibility or liability for charter flight reservations, payments, modifications or cancellations.
Charter must be operated in Tradewind in-fleet Pilatus PC-12 between Boston and New York airports. Out of fleet trips are not eligible for discount.
