AMENSI brings this spirit to life in a contemporary Moroccan setting, where the terrace offers breathtaking views over the gardens of Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech. Chef Hind Nebgane and her team honour regional traditions through seasonal produce from the resort's organic garden, in dishes made to be shared around the table.
