At Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, the organic vegetable garden reflects a deep commitment to sustainability, with composting, permaculture, local varieties, beehives and an insect hotel. It supplies the resort’s kitchens with freshly harvested vegetables and aromatic herbs.
