Technology

A network of advanced technology exists behind the scenes of the resort. On site technicians will provide support throughout your event and smooth out presentation and communication glitches at a mument’s notice. We can provide a range of equipment including projectors, screens, surround sound, soundproofed dividing panels and advanced presentation equipment.

Staff and services

  • We assign every client a dedicated event manager who will work with you before and during your event.
  • We can arrange delegate transfer and provide a personal assistant for high level VIPs.
  • Allow us to develop creative team building exercises and meeting breaks including tea service and mini spa therapies.
  • Traditional entertainments make a creative diversion. Enjoy Hainan Opera evenings on our lawns, Chinese drum groups, bamboo and fire dance and traditional Chinese string entertainment.
  • We also have a Shaolin Master who can kick start your day with wake up stretches and breathing exercises, so your minds are at peak sharpness.

Business centre

Situated in the main building near the lobby, our business centre is equipped with two workstations, a fax machine and a printer. We also have a meeting room for up to six executives with video conferencing capabilities. Printing, photocopying and translation services can also be arranged.
