Chef de Cuisine, Loris Pistillo has worked at many international hotels, including in Milan, Bangkok, Tokyo and Seoul. Chef Pistillo presents traditional trattoria Italian cuisine with authentic nonna's recipes, and he is set to amaze Taipei diners with epicurean culinary delights.

In addition to our main restaurant, we also have a Chef’s Table and two private dining rooms seating between 10 – 50 guests.

For parties of 15 or more, we recommend Chef’s customised menu to avoid long waiting periods. Please contact the restaurant directly for further assistance.

We respectfully inform our guests that the hotel has a smart elegant dress code for both ladies and gentlemen. Gentlemen are also suggested to wear smart shirts and closed shoes (slippers are not appropriate in the dining room).
