Saraya brings together Levantine and Mediterranean traditions with subtle international influences, set beneath elegant Moorish arches and softly glowing copper lamps. The experience begins with an à la carte breakfast, followed by a menu of handmade pasta, fresh Nile fish and regional specialities, alongside a selection of meats, vegetarian dishes and light bites. Guests may dine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the Nile, where the ambience evolves effortlessly from morning through to evening.
