We want to you to broaden your areas of expertise and develop enough business acumen that you’re prepared for any challenge within the hotel. After a rigorous selection process, you might be able to join the MOve Forward programme, an intensive 14 month ‘mini-MBA’.
MBA
We want you to distinguish yourself, your hotel and your company from others in the industry. Our in-house MBA, run in conjunction with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) is offered to colleagues at senior level management who have been nominated by their General Managers and endorsed by the Group Chief Executive Officer.
eCornell
We offer a wide range of over 800 e-learning courses in partnership with Cornell University, for you to start or continue learning on a specific subject.
