Mandarin Oriental Residences Kanai, Riviera Maya will mark the brand’s first residential project in Mexico. Set within Kanai, a 249-hectare beachfront community in Riviera Maya, the Residences will comprise 49 homes across four distinct collections: Aire, Tierra, Agua and Fuego. Alongside Mandarin Oriental Kanai, Riviera Maya, the development will unfold along 650 metres of pristine Caribbean coastline. Designed by Migdal Arquitectos, with interiors by Meyer Davis and wellness spaces by Esrawe Studio, the Residences will draw on Mayan and Asian design traditions.
