Supplementary Privacy Policy
This Supplemental Notice applies to residents of California and, where applicable, residents of U.S. states with similar data privacy laws. Certain rights described below apply only to California residents, and where this is the case, we clearly indicate the California-specific provisions.
1. Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act
If you are a California resident and have provided your personal information to us*, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we have collected about you;
- request disclosure of the personal information we have collected and shared about you;
- request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have disclosed for a business purpose
- request that we delete your personal information; and
- request to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by clicking here.
If you exercise any of these rights you will not be discriminated against in any way. You may exercise these rights in any of the following ways:

- by completing a Data Access Request form which may be obtained by sending an email request to dataprivacyofficer@mohg.com; and/or
- requesting information at the front desk of one of our properties about how to exercise these rights.
If you choose to exercise any of the rights listed above, we may need to verify your identity by matching identifying information provided in your request with information we maintain. This may be completed through a number of ways including through your Fans of M.O. account or by confirming certain information we maintain about you to our reasonable satisfaction. We may also request that you provide additional information to verify your identity as permitted under state law. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide proof of signed authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us as permitted by state law.
We have shared the following categories of information in the previous 12 months:

We use cookies to automatically collect information about your activity when you are on our website. We may share this personal information with select third-party advertising or social networks that assist us with advertising, market research or analytics. Some of these select third-parties may use the personal information for their own purposes or to provide services to other businesses. California law may treat such sharing as a “sale”, even though we are not paid and do not receive money. You can opt-out of this automatic sharing by clicking here, or by contacting dataprivacyofficer@mohg.com, and we will no longer share your personal information using these cookies. We may not recognize you when you use other devices or browsers to visit our website, so you will need to submit a separate opt-out request on each device and browser you use to visit our website. We do not share or “sell” the personal information of persons under 16 years of age.
In certain circumstances you may be able to designate an authorized person to make a request on your behalf. A third-party can submit a request on your behalf with written authorization from you. The third-party can be an individual or a business entity. If you wish to appoint a business entity, the business entity must be registered to conduct business with the California Secretary of State. We may also collect certain personal information from our employees who are residents of California including:
- Identifiers such as real name, alias, postal address, email address, social security number, driver's license number, state identification card number, passport number, signature, telephone number, bank account number and health insurance information.
- Professional or employment-related information.
- Educational information.
2. Your Rights Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act
If you are a California resident, you may request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to dataprivacyofficer@mohg.com.

3. Notice of Financial Incentives
We offer the “Fans of M.O.” loyalty programme, which provides benefits such as discounts, personalised services or exclusive offers. Participation is voluntary and requires providing personal information such as your name, email address and phone number. You may withdraw at any time. The value of your personal information is reasonably related to the value of the benefits provided and is calculated based on the cost of program benefits, expected member engagement and program operational costs.
